Welcome to Pack 7355 Outlaw Race

The Outlaw Race is for anyone interested in participating in the Pinewood Derby to see if they have what it takes to be the best. The rules are not as regulated as the official Pinewood Derby rules, but we still have rules to ensure the safety of personnel and Property. 

This race is for anyone not officially a Cub Scout within Pack 7355. This includes parents, siblings, aunts, uncles, grandparents, Scouts from other units, adults who want to participate, etc. If you want to test your skills in a pinewood derby, this is the place for you. 

We have trophies for 1st through 3rd place, the Cub Master's Choice Trophy and the People's Choice Trophy, for this event. The top 3 winners for this category will also receive a Lodge 6.5 in. Cast Iron Skillet, donated by the Lodge, as part of their winnings. 

 There is a fee to participate in this race to help cover the event's costs and donate goods to the local food pantries. 

$10 fee - For all other participants.

You can pay on this site using PayPal or pay the day of the race.

Racers are responsible for providing their own cars for this event. You may purchase a kit from the Scout Shop or a kit or premade car that meets the rules of this race from the Internet.

Racers can submit more than one car for the Outlaw race, but they must fill out the Outlaw Sign-up form and pay the fee for each car to be eligible for the awards. 

Racers or Guardians of Racers are responsible for reading and following the rules. Anyone not abiding by the rules will not be eligible for the awards and may be unable to participate. See the Rules Below.

The Charter Organization Representative, Committee Chair, Cubmaster, and Assistant Cubmaster have the final say on any discrepancies, and the decision is final.
