Welcome vendors. We are looking for vendors who wish to show and sell their products at Cub Scout Pack 7355 Pinewood Derby.
The event is on February 28, 2026, at Cedar Hill Elementary School Gym in Ardmore, AL.
Vendors can start setting up at around 7:30 a.m. on February 28. Our registration for the race doesn't start until 9 a.m. and goes until 10:30 a.m. The races will begin around 11 a.m.
Currently, we have four race categories: Cub Scout Races, Elementary School Classroom Race, Outlaw Races, and Company Races.
Everyone is welcome to race in our Outlaw or Company races, but it is not required.
We expect the races and award ceremonies to carry us to about 3 pm.
The cost to participate as a vendor in the Pinewood Derby is $30 per table. Vendors are expected to bring their tables, signs, and products. Upon confirmation of your participation, we will start adding your information to our list of vendors for advertisement. By all means, feel free to do the same to advertise the event.
